The Torre Sponda Complex is a private gated compound that overlooks the Positano bay. It is a flowered and gardened oasis of citrus and olive trees and a variety of flowers. There are private steps to a small beach on the property. All units rent for a minimum of 7 days.

Torre Sponda is a unique property in the now world reknown village of Positano. The Torre itself was constructed in the XIII th century. The Italian coast from Sicily to Tuscany is necklaced with such towers.

It was purchased by the present owners after the First World War and in 1995 closed and converted to apartments. Today Il Margherita has 9 luxury apartments on 4 floors. All apartments have a panoramic view of the sea and Positano below. All feature kitchenettes, telephones, satellite TV and a bus stop is very nearby next to the food market. The main center and beach of Positano is accessible by the Positano bus or by foot in less than 10 minutes.
